    • Shane Koyczan Stars in Premier Episode of Heart of a Poet Season Two

    Shane Koyczan on television? Are you out of your mind? Since when do people make television shows showcasing poets while they’re still alive? This must be some kind of joke, right?

    It’s no joke. Shane Koyczan will be the focus of the premier episode of the second season of Heart of a Poet on Bravo (Canada) beginning Thursday, September 6 at 8pm ET.

    Heart of a Poet profiles an individual poet every week, exploring their lives and literature. The profiles range from the jazz-influenced Sheri-D Wilson to the Gerald Lampert Award-winning work of Roy Hsu to the Hip Hop stylings of Motion to the Governor General Award winning work of George Elliot Clarke.

    Heart of a Poet casts a wide net and we’re very excited to see Shane kicking off the premier episode of the second season. Read the official press release here.
