Just an update on the Make 5 Wishes project. Book 2 is almost done and we’ll be sending it off to Random House right away. It will be hitting store shelves on or about July 10th, 2007.

I read one of the final proofs the other day and was astonished by it all over again. I giggled with idiot glee as the story spiraled to an epic crescendo. Just some brilliant writing by Joshua Dysart. I suspect that all the haters who spat on the project from their cyber-pulpits will be eating their words when they see the kind of story that Joshua has written. It’s definitely not what anyone’s going to expect.

Some of the seeds of this sinister story are sown in the first couple of chapters that have been made available on YouTube.
